Project Scope Management is the set of processes that ensure a projects's scope is properly defined and mapped. Project Scope Management techniques enable Project Managers to allocate the right amount of work necessary to successfully complete a project. Project Scope Management is a core component of Project Management and is the 2nd of the Project Management Processes included in the Project Management Institute's (PMI)® Project Management Professional (PMP)® Training.
